在84例癫痫病人中,利用频谱分析技术,对安定引起β功率增加的百分比(PDICB)及其影响因素进行探讨。发现癫痫患者PDICB显著低于正常对照;顽固性癫痫EEG有异常、伴脑结构损害及CPS或GTCS患者,PDICB增加更少;发作愈频、病程愈长,PDICB增加愈少;AED可影响PDICB。表明BZD引起快波脑电活动增加的特性与其在CNS发挥作用所必需的GABA递质有密切关系。癫痫患者中PDICB减少可能与脑功能异常,尤是GABA神经机制异常有关。
In 84 patients with epilepsy, the use of spectral analysis techniques, stability-induced increase in the percentage of β power (PDICB) and its influencing factors were discussed. PDICB was found to be significantly lower in patients with epilepsy than in normal controls; abnormal EEG in patients with refractory epilepsy was associated with brain structural damage and in patients with CPS or GTCS; PDICB was less increased; episodes were more frequent and longer; PDICB was less affected; It is suggested that the characteristic of BZD induced by fast wave EEG activity is closely related to GABA transmitter, which is necessary for CNS to exert its effect. Decreased PDICB in epileptic patients may be related to abnormal brain function, especially abnormal GABA neural mechanism.
