用布鲁氏菌属6种布鲁氏菌第1生物型参考菌株、S19。和M5菌苗菌株、YeO:9、E.coliO:116和O:157以及士拉伦斯菌分别感染豚鼠每组10只。从感染后7天开始取血检查,观察17个月。以布鲁氏菌声波抗原和BSAg作ELISA试验,证实所有布鲁氏菌株感染动物中,在观察期内均存在抗声波抗原和抗BSAg的抗体。除Br.ovis和Br.neotmae感染的动物外(5个月),在其他布鲁氏菌感染动物中,这两种抗体持续一年以上,在16M、544A和130S感染动物中可持续17个月以上。E.coli和土拉伦斯菌感染动物只在布鲁氏菌SAT出现短期(5~7个月)的低度阳性反应,在FLISA试验中均为阴性。YeO:9菌感染动物虽在SAT和声波抗原ELISA中可出现高滴度的阳性反应,且持续时间与s型布鲁氏菌感染一样长,但这些动物缺少抗BSAg抗体因此可用布鲁氏菌BSAgELISA作布鲁氏菌病的血清学诊断试验。
Six Brucella strains of the first bio-type reference strain of Brucella, S19. And M5 vaccine strains, YeO: 9, E. coliO: 116 and O: 157 and Shigella were respectively infected with 10 guinea pigs. Blood samples were taken from 7 days after infection and observed for 17 months. With Brucella sonicated antigen and BSAg ELISA test, confirmed that all Brucella strains infected animals, there are anti-sonic antigens and anti-BSAg antibody during the observation period. In addition to Br. ovis and Br. (5 months) outside of those infected with neotmae, the two antibodies persisted for more than one year in other animals infected with brucellosis and were sustained in 16M, 544A and 130S infected animals for more than 17 months. E. Low-grade (5-7 months) low-grade positive response to the Brucella SAT was observed in both the E. coli and T. contaminum animals and negative in the FLISA test. Yeo: 9 Infected animals Although there is a high titer of positive reaction in the SAT and sonicated ELISA, and the duration is as long as the infection with brucella s, these animals are deficient in anti-BSAg antibodies and can therefore be treated with Brucella BSAgELISA serological diagnosis of brucellosis test.
