受北外附属外国语学校领导班子的委托,笔者牵头组建项目组,分别于2014年、2016年为该校教师专业研修提供两轮的专业支持与服务,研修效果得到该校领导班子和教师的一致肯定。基于该项目的研究,本文就高校和中小学协作打造教师教育共同体,实施以校为本、以岗为本,以有专业引领的教师反思性实践为主要路径的教师专业研修工作进行总结概括,与大家一起交流讨论当下在职教师的有效校本研修问题。一、“实践取向”的教师专业研修目标
