本文依据对张家界市办公室队伍建设现状所作调查,集中探讨本市秘书队伍文化素质较高而工作效能偏低的问题。我市办公室系统秘书队伍建设的现状是以下特点:(一)年龄趋向年轻化,年龄结构相对合理。全市办公室服务人员共889人,年龄在40岁以上的占23.7%,25至40岁的占62.4%,25岁以下的占13.9%。永定区办事组、乡秘书队伍的年轻化更明显,42名秘书的平均年龄为27岁。
Based on the survey of the status quo of the team building in Zhangjiajie City Office, the paper focuses on the problems of high cultural quality and low work efficiency of the secretary teams in this Municipality. The current situation of the system secretary team construction in our city office is characterized by the following features: (1) The age tends to be younger and the age structure is relatively reasonable. There were 889 service personnel in the city’s office, accounting for 23.7% of those over the age of 40, 62.4% of those aged 25 to 40, and 13.9% of those under 25 years of age.
