通过对德州市近年建成的10个典型居住区绿化满意度实地调研,对现状存在问题从设计、施工到管理三方面进行分析,提出德州居住区的绿化设计要因地制宜、科学合理,凸显地方特色,绿化要多彩丰富;建设质量保证必须选好队伍、强化监督;对于后期绿化养护须以物业专业管理为主,业主、社区和政府配合支持,以促进居住区绿化水平稳步提升。
Through the field investigation of the greening satisfaction of 10 typical residential areas built in Dezhou City in recent years, this paper analyzes the existing problems from three aspects of design and construction to management, and puts forward that the greening design of residential areas in Texas should be scientifically and reasonably, highlighting the local characteristics, Greening should be rich and colorful; construction quality assurance must be selected team, and strengthen supervision; for the latter part of the greening and maintenance should be based on professional property management, owners, communities and governments with the support to promote the steady increase of residential greening.
