在理论分布的基础上 ,提出两端截尾分布理论 ,并讨论了在不同条件下不同设计变量截尾点的确定方法。在进行机械零件、构件的可靠性计算时 ,目前都是利用应力-强度干涉模型 ,从符合工程实际出发 ,本文建立了两端截尾分布的应力 -强度干涉模型 ,并推导建立了应力、强度服从不同截尾分布时机械零件、构件的可靠度计算公式 ,为工程应用提供了方便实用的条件。
Based on the theoretical distribution, the theory of censored distributions at both ends is proposed, and the method of determining the censored points of different design variables under different conditions is discussed. In the calculation of the reliability of mechanical parts and components, stress-strength interference models are currently used.
