随着我国经济的发展以及科学技术的进步,对煤炭的需求量也在增加,而需求量的增加就会促进产煤技术水平的提升。在开采煤矿的生产过程中,常常会用到液压支架,液压支架在煤矿生产过程中具有十分重要的意义。本文针对煤矿液压支架的设计方法进行介绍,其内容主要包括了顶梁的选取、侧护板的材料选取及设计的方法等,最后针对设计出的煤矿液压支架的零部件进行仿真试验得到检测结论。
With the economic development of our country and the progress of science and technology, the demand for coal is also increasing, while the increase in demand will promote the improvement of the technological level of coal production. In the mining of coal production process, often use hydraulic support, hydraulic support in the coal production process is of great significance. In this paper, the design method of coal mine hydraulic support is introduced, which mainly includes the selection of the top beam, the material selection and the design method of the side guard. Finally, the simulation results of the components of the coal mine hydraulic support are obtained. .
