目的 利用AFS— 2 30原子荧光分析仪对饮用水中微量锡含量的测定方法进行研究分析。方法 使用原子荧光法测定水中微量锡的条件为炉高 8.0mm ,灯电流 4 0mA ,负高压 30 0V ,载气流速为 30 0ml/min。结果 本法检出限为 0 .95ng/ml,相对标准差 <6 % ,回收率 93.6 %~ 110 .0 % ,其它金属不产生干扰。结论 操作简单 ,灵敏度高 ,适宜于水中微量锡的测定。
Objective To study the determination of trace tin in drinking water by AFS-2 30 atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Methods The atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the trace tin in the water. The furnace height was 8.0mm, the lamp current was 40mA, the negative pressure was 30V and the carrier gas flow was 30 0ml / min. Results The detection limit was 0.95ng / ml, the relative standard deviation was less than 6% and the recovery was 93.6% -110.0%. Other metals did not interfere. Conclusion Simple, high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of trace tin in water.
