企业集团是一个利益联合体,其主体是母子公司,通过产权关系和协作关系来联合众多的企业组织。随着市场经济的不断发展,企业集团的规模越来越大,所跨区域越来越广泛,对财务集中管理的要求也越来越强烈。通过实行财务集中管理,能够使企业抗风险能力不断加强,促进企业快速高效发展。本文通过分析企业财务管理模式、企业财务集中管理模式现状,对新经济形势下企业集团财务集中管理模式进行了研究。
Enterprise group is a community of interests, its main body is the parent company, through property rights and collaboration to unite a large number of business organizations. With the continuous development of market economy, the scale of enterprise groups is getting larger and larger, and the cross-regional areas are becoming more and more widespread. The requirements for centralized financial management are also getting stronger and stronger. Through the implementation of centralized management of finance, the anti-risk capability of enterprises can be continuously strengthened and the rapid and efficient development of enterprises can be promoted. In this paper, by analyzing the status of corporate financial management and corporate financial centralized management, this paper studies the centralized financial management of enterprise groups under the new economic situation.
