目的识别和分析甲醇制烯烃(DMTO)装置职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据资料,并结合采取的工程技术措施,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平进行评价。结果 DMTO装置存在的职业病危害因素包括甲醇、丁烯、戊烷、一氧化碳和氢氧化钠等,以上危害因素的检测结果全部符合职业卫生接触限值,其中甲醇浓度小于1.3 mg/m3,防护设施的检测参数符合要求。结论 DMTO装置职业病防护设施运行有效,应重点加强关键控制点的职业卫生管理,确保岗位工人的职业健康。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards of DMTO plant and to evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and its effects. Methods The methods of occupational health investigation and occupational health examination were used to collect data and data, and combined with the engineering and technical measures adopted to evaluate the exposure level of occupational hazards among workers. Results The hazard factors of occupational diseases in DMTO plant included methanol, butene, pentane, carbon monoxide and sodium hydroxide, all of which were in compliance with occupational health exposure limits, with a methanol concentration of less than 1.3 mg / m3, protective facilities Detection parameters meet the requirements. Conclusion The effective operation of occupational disease prevention facilities in DMTO facilities should be focused on occupational health management at key control points to ensure the occupational health of post workers.
