环孢菌素 A(Cyclorsporin A,CsA)是一种源于真菌含有11个氨基酸的环形多肽。它能选择性作用于 T 淋巴细胞,抑制 IL-2释放而发挥免疫抑制效应,无骨髓抑制作用。自1983年美国食品与药物管理局批准用于肾移植以来,在近十年的临床应用中,人们不仅注意到它在器官移植领域中所建立的丰功伟绩,同时也注意到它的器官毒性作用。目前,肝肾功能的损害已普遍得到重视,并对此进行了基础和临床研究,对肝肾功能损害的预防和早期诊断进行了卓有成效的工作。由于肾移植后 CsA 维持治疗时间长,未婚青年移植人数增加,CsA 引起的睾丸毒性日益引起人们的关注,本文就近年CsA 睾丸毒性研究作一简要综述。
Cyclorsporin A (CsA) is a cyclic peptide derived from fungi that contains 11 amino acids. It can selectively act on T lymphocytes, inhibit the release of IL-2 and play an immunosuppressive effect, no myelosuppression. Since the FDA approved the use of kidney transplantation in 1983, in nearly a decade of clinical applications, not only has it noticed its great achievements in the field of organ transplantation, but it has also noticed its organotoxicity. At present, the damage of liver and kidney function has been generally valued, and basic and clinical studies have been done on this, and the prevention and early diagnosis of liver and kidney dysfunction have been carried out fruitfully. Due to the prolonged duration of CsA maintenance after kidney transplantation and the increased number of unmarried young people, the testicular toxicity caused by CsA has aroused more and more attention. In this paper, we briefly reviewed the recent studies on CsA testicular toxicity.
