当代社会中,家庭因素对教师职业发展的影响日益突出。从家庭——工作冲突概念界定入手,深究中学女教师家庭——工作冲突对学校、自身和家庭的影响,从政府层面、学校层面、家庭层面和自我层面提出缓解中学女教师家庭——工作冲突的策略,以期促进中学女性教师身心健康发展和学校教学质量的提高。
In contemporary society, the influence of family factors on the career development of teachers has become increasingly prominent.
