目的探讨颞肌贴敷术治疗烟雾病的围术期护理要点。方法对12例行颞肌贴敷术治疗的烟雾病患者术前予抗血管痉挛,改善微循环,做好术前的一般护理,术后注意加强瞳孔意识生命体征

目的探讨颞肌贴敷术治疗烟雾病的围术期护理要点。方法对12例行颞肌贴敷术治疗的烟雾病患者术前予抗血管痉挛,改善微循环,做好术前的一般护理,术后注意加强瞳孔意识生命体征的监测,做好引流管,体位,饮食的护理。结果患者术后均康复出院。结论积极有效的术前和术后护理,有助于提高手术疗效,对促进患者康复至关重要。
