目的通过乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群BMI、Fat%、Lean%与血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯相比较,掌握乌鲁木齐地区汉族正常和肥胖人群Fat%、Lean%的分布特点及与血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯之间的变化规律,为制定相应干预策略及合理的药物治疗提供依据;为提高乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群的身体健康水平以及防病、治病提供线索。方法利用双能X线骨密度仪(DMS LEXXOS)全身身体成分分析软件,对乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群的BMI以及测量指数Lean、Fat进行分析和多元回归分析。结果(1)乌鲁木齐地区汉族人群中女性更易引起甘油三酯升高。但是女性的高血脂往往容易被忽视,这主要是由于一大部分女性人群只是注重自己的体重是否正常;而忽视了隐藏在正常体重下由于各种原因所导致的脂肪分布不均引起的高脂血症。(2)无论是正常BMI女性还是肥胖女性,其腹脂含量(Fat%)均大于男性,这与女性的生理发育特点及体内激素调节、代谢特征有关。(3)从男性的高血脂来看:超重、肥胖是其最主要的原因。结论双能X线骨密度仪(DMS LEXXOS)全身身体成分分析软件能客观地检测出身体脂肪组织、非脂肪组织和骨矿物质含量等多种参数,为诊断腹型肥胖提供准确的数据。并由此引导医生对每一位患者进行合理健康指导(运动、饮食、作息等);提供准确安全的用药,有助于代谢综合征和心血管疾病的预防,提高国民的身体健康水平。
Objective To compare the distributions of Fat% and Lean% of normal and obese Han people in Urumqi region with those of blood sugar, total cholesterol and triglyceride in Urumqi region by comparing the BMI, Fat%, Lean% with blood sugar, total cholesterol and triglyceride in Urumqi region. Ester, Ester and Ester in order to provide the basis for formulating the corresponding intervention strategies and rational drug treatment. It also provides clues for improving the health status of Han people in Urumqi and preventing and treating diseases. Methods The body composition analysis software of DMS LEXXOS was used to analyze the BMI and Lean, Fat of Han nationality population in Urumqi and analyze the multiple regression analysis. Results (1) Women in Han nationality in Urumqi are more likely to cause elevated triglycerides. However, women’s high blood lipids are often easily overlooked, mainly because most of the female population only focus on their own weight is normal; while ignoring the hidden under normal weight due to various reasons due to uneven distribution of fat caused by high fat Blood disorders. (2) Both the normal BMI female and the obese female had more abdominal fat (Fat%) than the male, which was related to the female physiological development and the hormone regulation and metabolism in the body. (3) From the perspective of men’s high cholesterol: overweight, obesity is the most important reason. Conclusion The DMS LEXXOS body composition analysis software can objectively detect various parameters such as body fat, non-adipose tissue and bone mineral content, and provide accurate data for diagnosis of abdominal obesity. And guide doctors to provide reasonable health guidance (exercise, diet, rest and so on) for each patient; provide accurate and safe medication, which can help prevent metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular diseases and improve people’s health.
