胰管结石８例行胰实质切开和胰管切开取石、胰管－空肠侧侧吻合７例，其中５例行胰管内置管胰液外引流术、胰尾切除、胰残端－空肠Ｒｏｕｘ－ｙ吻合１例。结果，患者术后体重均有不同程度增加，腹痛症状明显改善７例。术前Ｂ超、ＣＴ、ＥＲＣＰ等检查是确诊本病的关键，治疗仍以手术为主。
Seven cases of pancreatic duct stones were excised by pancreatic parenchyma and pancreatic duct incision and pancreatic duct-jejunum lateral anastomosis was performed in 8 cases. Among them, 5 cases underwent pancreatic duct internal drainage with pancreatic duct drainage, pancreatic tail resection, Roux -y anastomosis in 1 case. Results, the patient’s postoperative body weight increased to varying degrees, abdominal pain symptoms improved significantly in 7 cases. Preoperative ultrasound B, CT, ERCP and other tests is the key to diagnosis of the disease, the treatment is still based surgery.
