加快发展商用车整车再制造技术

在商用车领域,应该关注汽车整车再制造技术,因为以往再制造的都是发动机和零部件,量很少,规模不大,对社会影响不大。城市发展离不开商用车,其中包括混凝土搅拌车、垃圾车、市政工程车辆等,但一辆商用车的排放相当于四辆轿车,如果为环保考虑,全部淘汰并不现实,因为成本太高。目前新能源汽车主要定位在电动轿车,其面临电池二次污染问题,可见单一的能源结构对汽车工业发展是不利的。天然气汽车发展过程中,曾受到续航里程较短、燃料不利于存放等因素困扰,但现在随着LNG(液化天然气)的发展,在商用车领域,天然气汽车会有很大发展。建议:1、考虑汽车整车再制造技术,升级发动机和更换零部件,由政府给予适当补助,这样既可以达到节能环保效果,又可以降低成本,起到事半功倍的效果。2、将天然气汽车列入新能源汽车范围,并综合考虑天然气汽车用户成本和社会环保等因素,进行统一规划。3、对电动车、天然气汽车和混合动力车,国家应分别给予支持。 In the field of commercial vehicles, should focus on vehicle remanufacturing technology, because in the past are remanufactured engines and components, the amount of small, small, little impact on society. Suggestion: 1. Considering vehicle remanufacturing technology, engine upgrade and component replacement, the government will provide appropriate subsidies so as to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection while reducing costs and achieving a multiplier effect. 2. Include natural gas vehicles in the scope of new energy vehicles and make unified planning based on such factors as the cost of natural gas vehicles and social environmental protection. 3, for electric vehicles, natural gas vehicles and hybrid vehicles, the state should be separately supported.
