为了建造出质量优良的工程,建筑工人应具有良好的技术素质,精湛的操作技巧。为此,中国建筑工业出版社组织出版一套《建筑工人技术手册》。这套手册按工种编写,包括了本工种初、中、高级工人必备的理论和实践知识,尽量以图表形式为主,文字通俗易懂,深入浅出,便于使用。全套书共列题八种,计有《瓦工手册》、《木工手册》、《钢筋工手册》、《混凝土工手册》、《抹灰工手册》、《油漆工手册》、《架子工手册》和《放线工手册》。
