师生关系的发展取决于教师和学生双方。教师在教学过程中不断关注学生的情感发展,调整教学策略,而学生要在情感上产生共鸣,这样就在学和教中多了一种非功利化的价值取向,师生能真正走进对方的内心世界,达到成绩、关系的双发展。理科实验班是本校的重点班级,历来包揽高考之最,出过多个状元。我教过两届理科实验班,从入校到毕业,我将理科实验班英语小班教学中的师生关系分为三个时期,在各个时期,师生关系不同,我选用的教学策略 The development of teacher-student relationship depends on both teachers and students. Science experimental class is the school’s key classes, has always taken the college entrance examination of the highest, out of many champion. I have taught two science experiment classes from school to graduation. I divided the relationship between teachers and students in small class teaching of science experiment class into three periods.
