师生关系的发展取决于教师和学生双方。教师在教学过程中不断关注学生的情感发展,调整教学策略,而学生要在情感上产生共鸣,这样就在学和教中多了一种非功利化的价值取向,师生能真正走进对方的内心世界,达到成绩、关系的双发展。理科实验班是本校的重点班级,历来包揽高考之最,出过多个状元。我教过两届理科实验班,从入校到毕业,我将理科实验班英语小班教学中的师生关系分为三个时期,在各个时期,师生关系不同,我选用的教学策略
The development of teacher-student relationship depends on both teachers and students. In the process of teaching, teachers pay close attention to the emotional development of students and adjust their teaching strategies. Students should resonate emotionally so that they have an extra-curricular value orientation in learning and teaching. Teachers and students can actually walk into each other’s Inner world, to achieve results, the dual development of relations. Science experimental class is the school’s key classes, has always taken the college entrance examination of the highest, out of many champion. I have taught two science experiment classes from school to graduation. I divided the relationship between teachers and students in small class teaching of science experiment class into three periods. In each period, the relationship between teachers and students is different. The teaching strategies I choose
