目的:对广州绿洲生化科技有限公司研制的食品合成色素检测盒进行应用性研究。方法:采用食品合成色素检测盒检验食品中的合成色素,并与纸色谱法进行对比。结果:检测盒对几种常用合成色素最低可检出浓度均可达到2.0 mg/L;葡萄糖、蔗糖、氯化钠以及低浓度的乙醇、淀粉、蛋白质对检测盒法无干扰;阴性样品添加色素标准溶液时,最低可检出浓度与对照相差不大;检测样品时,检测盒法结果与纸色谱法结果阳性符合率为90.7%,阴性符合率为96.3%。结论:食品合成色素检测盒具有快速、准确、方便等特点,适用于工商、卫生、质监等单位现场定性分析。
Objective: To study the application of food synthetic pigment test box developed by Guangzhou Oasis Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. Methods: Synthetic pigments in foodstuffs were tested with food synthetic pigment test kit and compared with paper chromatography. Results: The lowest detectable concentration of the test kit was 2.0 mg / L for several common synthetic pigments. Glucose, sucrose, sodium chloride, low concentration of ethanol, starch and protein had no interference with the test kit. Negative samples When the standard solution was used, the lowest detectable concentration was similar to that of the control. When the sample was tested, the coincidence rate of the test box method with that of the paper chromatography was 90.7% and the negative coincidence rate was 96.3%. Conclusion: The food synthetic pigment test box is fast, accurate and convenient. It is suitable for on-site qualitative analysis of business, health and quality supervision departments.
