山东省日前首次公布《专利奖励办法》,重点奖励对技术创新及经济社会发展具有突出贡献的发明专利。该《办法》要求,申报专利奖应具备的基本条件包括,专利为已获授权的有效国内专利,包括发明、实用新型和外观设计专利,不含国防专利、保密专利;山东省专利奖自2015年起实施,每两年评选一次,每届表彰特别奖2项、一等奖不超过20项,各奖项总数不超过100项,奖金数额从3万元到50万元不等。
Shandong Province recently announced for the first time the “Patent Rewarding Measures”, which mainly rewarded invention patents that made outstanding contributions to technological innovation and economic and social development. The “Measures” require that the basic conditions for the declaration of a patent award include that the patent is an effective domestic patent that has been authorized, including patents for inventions, utility models and designs, and does not contain any patent for national defense or confidentiality; and the patent award for Shandong Province since 2015 Year implementation of the award, once every two years, each award recognizes two special awards, no more than 20 first prize, the total number of awards does not exceed 100, the amount of bonuses from 30000 yuan to 500000 yuan.
