20 0 3年 2月 2 1日 ,西藏社会科学院召开科研工作大会 ,针对新形势下西藏社科院的科研工作进行专门探讨 ,提出和制定了一系列的改革措施。如调整科研结构 ,构建合理学科布局 ,逐渐淡化科研所的行政概念 ,实行所长聘任制 ;科研人员逐步实行聘用制 ,并与科研所实行双向选择 ,实行重点学科和学科带头人制 ;完善职称评聘办法和科研人员培训、出国管理办法 ;制定科研成果鉴定评估办法 ,完善科研人员工作量化办法 ,改进院内科研课题管理 ,对院内重点课题可采取招标制等。会上同时对社科院 2 0 0 2年度产生的一批优秀科研成果进行了表彰。
