目的对震灾后发生的输入疟疾病例进行调查分析。方法采用现场流行病学的方法和实验室诊断方法。结果在灾后同一时段,分别在汉源县、三台县和中江县发生5例从缅甸感染的输入疟疾病例,其中间日疟1例,恶性疟4例,恶性疟中有2例未得到及时诊治而死亡。结论本起输入疟疾病例后果严重,应引起相关卫生部门重视、加强和提高相关单位的诊疗水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the imported malaria cases that occurred after the earthquake. Methods Using on-site epidemiological methods and laboratory diagnostic methods. Results In the same period of the disaster, five imported cases of malaria were reported from Hanyuan County, Santai County and Zhongjiang County, respectively. Among them, one case of Plasmodium falciparum, four cases of Plasmodium falciparum and two cases of Plasmodium falciparum were not received in time Treatment and death. Conclusion The serious consequences of the imported malaria cases should be given due attention by the relevant health departments to strengthen and improve the diagnosis and treatment of related units.
