目的 探讨EBER1/2及LMP 1在不同类型NHL中的表达及意义。方法 用LMP 1免疫组化与EBER1/2原位杂交检测 5 4例TCL ,6 3例BCL及 2 6例NK/T淋巴瘤。结果 EBER1/2阳性率在BCL、TCL、NK/T淋巴瘤中分别是 9 5 %、37 0 %、46 2 % ,BCL组与TCL组和NK/T组比较 ,均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,其中阳性病例大多数位于上呼吸道。LMP 1阳性率在EBER1/2阳性的BCL、TCL、NK/T淋巴瘤中分别是 16 7%、30 0 %、16 7% ,3组比较无显著差异。结论 ①EBV与BCL的关系不大 ,与TCL和NK/T淋巴瘤密切相关 ;②NHL中EBV感染具有部位依赖性 ,上呼吸道感染率明显高于其它部位 ;③LMP 1在各种类型NHL中的表达较低 ,不能作为一种常规检测EBV的方法。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of EBER1/2 and LMP 1 in different types of NHL. Methods We used LMP 1 immunohistochemistry and EBER1/2 in situ hybridization to detect 54 cases of TCL, 63 cases of BCL and 26 cases of NK/T lymphoma. Results The positive rates of EBER1/2 in BCL, TCL and NK/T lymphomas were 95%, 37%, 46%, respectively, and there were significant differences between BCL and TCL and NK/T groups (P < 0 0 1) Most of the positive cases are in the upper respiratory tract. The positive rate of LMP 1 in EBER1/2 positive BCL, TCL, and NK/T lymphomas was 16 7%, 30%, and 16%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the three groups. Conclusion 1 The relationship between EBV and BCL is not significant, and it is closely related to TCL and NK/T lymphoma; 2 EBV infection in NHL is site-dependent, and the upper respiratory tract infection rate is significantly higher than other sites; 3 LMP 1 expression in various types of NHL Low, cannot be used as a routine method for detecting EBV.
