目的:观察Vitapex糊剂与光固化玻璃离子水门汀联合修补乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿孔的临床疗效。方法:选取乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿孔患者46例,用Vitapex糊剂和光固化玻璃离子水门汀修复髓室底穿孔,并用Vitapex糊剂充填根管,磷酸锌水门汀垫底,银汞合金充填,随访6,12,24个月。结果:6个月成功43例(93.5%),12个月成功40例(87.0%),24个月成功35例(76.1%);穿孔直径≤1mm组牙齿修复成功率在12,24个月时明显高于直径>1mm组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用Vitapex糊剂与光固化玻璃离子水门汀联合修补乳磨牙龋源性髓室底穿孔是保存治疗的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste combined with light cured glass ionomer cement in repair of primary carpal cavity perforation of primary molars. Methods: Forty-six patients with primary pulpobulmonary perforation were selected. Vitapex paste and light-cured glass ionomer cement were used to repair the perforation of medullary cavity. The root canal was filled with Vitapex paste. The bottom of zinc phosphate cement was filled with silver amalgam. 6,12,24 months. Results: Six cases were successful in 43 cases (93.5%), 12 cases were successful in 40 cases (87.0%) and 24 months were successful in 35 cases (76.1%). The successful rate of tooth restoration in 12 months and 24 months Was significantly higher than the diameter> 1mm group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Vitapex paste and light-cured glass ionomer cement combined with repair of deciduous molars caries-derived perforation of the medullary cavity is an effective treatment for preservation.
