目的:观察不同浓度17-β雌二醇(17-βestradiol,E2)与孕酮(progesterone,P)联合运用对豚鼠心室乳头肌细胞动作电位的影响。方法:采用常规玻璃微电极技术记录豚鼠心室乳头肌细胞动作电位。结果:(1)E2与P单独应用可使动作电位时程(APD90、APD)延长,APD20缩短,APA、Vmax降低。(2)不同浓度E2与P联合应用,P可加强E2的效应,这种作用可能呈现浓度依赖性。结论:E2与P可能抑制钾、钠通道,应用时应以低浓度为宜。
Objective: To observe the effects of different concentrations of 17-β estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) on the action potentials of guinea pig ventricular papillary muscle cells. Methods: The action potentials of guinea pig ventricular papillary muscle cells were recorded by the conventional glass microelectrode technique. Results: (1) The application of E2 and P alone could prolong the action potential duration (APD90, APD), shorten APD20 and decrease APA, Vmax. (2) The combination of different concentrations of E2 and P, P can enhance the E2 effect, this effect may be concentration-dependent. Conclusion: E2 and P may inhibit potassium and sodium channels, and should be used at low concentrations.
