以人新鲜及冷冻精子在不同孵育时间内及不同A23187浓度下进行实验。采用低渗溶液处理以观察精子的死活及顶体反应情况,比较不同条件下,精子顶体反应的变化。结果表明:(1)新鲜及冷冻精子均可受A23187诱发,而出现顶体反应;(2)A23187可使部分精子在极短时间内出现顶体反应;(3)一定范围内延长孵育时间,可提高A23187的诱发效率;(4)人精子间存在明显不均一性。
Experiments were performed with human fresh and frozen sperm at different incubation times and different concentrations of A23187. The hypotonic solution was used to observe the survival and acrosome reaction of sperm, and the changes of sperm acrosome reaction under different conditions were compared. The results showed that: (1) Both fresh and frozen spermatozoa could be induced by A23187, but acrosome reaction occurred; (2) A23187 could induce acrosome reaction of some sperms in a very short time; (3) Can improve the induced efficiency of A23187; (4) there is obvious heterogeneity between human sperm.
