我院自1993年开始使用北京福科期公司研制的PCA-Ⅰ型无痛分娩仪,其镇痛效果达90％,而且对母婴无任何付作用,操作简便,安全有效,现将1993年3月-1994年3月以来正常足月妊娠临产的初产妇共90例镇痛效果报道如下: 资料与方法 1 一般资料 90例产妇均无妊娠合并症与并发症,全部为头先露,而且骨产道与软产道均正常。年龄最小22岁,最大30岁,22～25岁者73例,26～30岁者17例,均为初产妇。 2 用法 90例产妇均于第一产程活跃期(即宫口开大3cm)有规律宫缩开始使用,使用时用导电膏将耳膜固定于耳窝内,外用
