在世纪之交,因种种原因我国许多国有企业在高速发展后都不约而同地放慢了前进的脚步。与此同时,从各种媒体上我们也时常能看到和听到发生在国企中的“人事地震”、企业家落马的现象,以及企业家困惑与不满的声音。在我们迈入21世纪,加入WTO,需要国企更勇往直前地向前发展,积极参与国际竞争,以此来体现社会主义活力和优越性时,如果国企的领导人,尤其是已被实践证明具有较高的经营管理才能,成功的、十分稀缺的企业家困惑退却了,在人才激烈争夺中被挖走了,这对国企未来发展的影响显然是巨大的。因此,如何调动这些人的积极性,进一步解放他们的生产力已成为当前亟待解决的重大问题。
At the turn of the century, for many reasons, many state-owned enterprises in our country have slowed their advancement after unceasingly developing. At the same time, from various media, we can often see and hear the “personnel earthquake” that occurred in state-owned enterprises, the phenomenon of entrepreneurs falling behind, and the voice of entrepreneurs’ confusion and dissatisfaction. As we enter the 21st century and join the WTO, we need state-owned enterprises to move forward with courage and actively participate in international competition so as to reflect the vitality and superiority of socialism. If the leaders of state-owned enterprises, in particular, have proved to be relatively With high management skills, successful and very scarce entrepreneurs have regressed, and have been dug out in the fierce competition for talents, the impact on the future development of state-owned enterprises is obviously enormous. Therefore, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of these people and further liberate their productivity has become a major issue that must be resolved.
