研究和解决短途运输中的关键技术问题,是1960年公路交通科学研究工作中的重点项目之一。最近,交通部分别在保定、贵阳、桂林等地召开了北方、西南、东南三个片区的短途运输科学研究会议(西北片区原计划三月份召开,后因故延期),广泛地交流了短途运输科学研究工作和技术革新技术革命各方面的丰富经验。对民间车辆、装卸机具、非金属轨道、索道、溜槽、组织管理、滚珠轴承和再生胶制造人兽力车轮胎,进行了评选配套,总结提高,并已在各个片区印发推广。短途运输科学研究工作包括的面很广。现提出其中几个主要研究内容,进行研究探讨,希望各方面群策群力,在互助协作的精神下,共同努力,广泛开展科学研
