学校教学目标是通过师生双方在教学活动中互动得以有效实现的。师生间的这种互动可以表现在课堂教学和课外导学过程中,贯穿学生的整个学习过程。延边二中在教师长期实践的基础上,提炼、发展并进一步完善了“十一五”期间学校形成的“双互动四统一”教学范式。本文对这一范式的发展和完善进行了再探析,详细阐述了这一范式在“双互动”与“四统一”方面的思路、做法和对教师的具体要求。
The goal of school teaching is effectively realized through the interaction between teachers and students in teaching activities. This interaction between teachers and students can be manifested in the classroom teaching and extracurricular guidance in the process, throughout the student’s entire learning process. On the basis of teachers’ long-term practice, Yanbian II refined, developed and further improved the teaching paradigm of “double interaction and four unification” formed in schools during the “Eleventh Five-year” period. This paper re-explores the development and improvement of this paradigm, elaborates on the ideas, practices and specific requirements of teachers in this paradigm in terms of “double interaction ” and “four unity ”.
