将因素研究和过程研究相结合,把传统TOE因素分析框架引入到煤矿信息技术同化的过程研究中,构建了具有阶段性特征的煤矿信息技术同化影响因素模型。该模型在一定程度上解释煤矿信息技术同化的形成原因与产生机理,拓展了技术扩散领域的研究范围。研究结论显示:在煤矿信息技术实施阶段,技术方面的相对优势和兼容性具有促进作用,而可观察性则不具有明显的促进作用;组织方面的高官支持、资源富余度等均具有促进作用;环境方面竞争压力和政府政策具有促进作用。在煤矿信息技术融合阶段,组织方面的影响因素作用与技术实施阶段一致;但技术方面可观测性和复杂性则均不具有明显的促进作用;环境方面的政府政策也不具有明显促进作用。该结论对煤炭企业了解煤矿信息技术同化的特点,并有效调适与使用煤矿信息技术提供一定的理论基础。
By combining factor research with process research, the traditional TOE factor analysis framework is introduced into the process of assimilation of coal mine information technology, and a model of influencing factors of coal mine information technology assimilation with stage characteristics is constructed. To a certain extent, the model explains the reason and mechanism of assimilation of coal mine information technology and expands the research scope in the field of technology diffusion. The conclusion of the study shows that in the stage of implementation of coal mine information technology, the relative advantages and compatibility of technology have a promoting effect, but observability has no obvious promotion effect; the promotion of senior official support and resource redundancy in organization plays a catalytic role; Environmental pressures and government policies have a catalytic role to play. In the integration stage of coal mine information technology, the influence factors of organization are consistent with the implementation phases of technology; however, observability and complexity of technology are not obviously promoted; and environmental government policies do not have a significant promotion effect. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for coal enterprises to understand the characteristics of coal mine information technology assimilation and effectively adapt and use coal mine information technology.
