学前教育是培养人生的关键期,也是实现我国教育百年大计的初始化阶段,它对于国民素质的培养具有启蒙性积极作用。学前教育应同我国大多数教育一样,是面向现代化、面向世界,面向未来的大事,者也决定了学期教育涵盖了教育性和公益性特质。本研究旨在探讨学前教育的两大特性教育性和公益性,论述这两大特性保持中的问题及其应对措施,以确保我国学前教育朝着正规化方向迈进。
Pre-school education is the key period for cultivating one’s life and also the initial stage for realizing the grand plan of education in our country. It has an enlightening and positive effect on the cultivation of the national quality. Preschool education, like most education in our country, is a major event facing modernization, the world and the future. It also determines that semester education covers the educational and public welfare traits. The purpose of this study is to explore the two characteristics of preschool education, education and public welfare, to discuss the two major characteristics of the problems and their countermeasures to ensure that our preschool education toward normalization.
