本文以114例肿瘤病人和58例正常人外周血ANAE+T淋巴细胞的活性和皮泡渗出液中的吞噬细胞功能进行了研究,结果与对照组相比较,有显著性差异(p<0.001),但各组肿瘤病人间无差别。体外试验也证实了肿瘤病人的血请者皮泡渗出液对正常人的T淋巴细胞ANAE的活性和小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均有明显的抑制作用。再次证明肿瘤病人的免疫损伤是以细胞免疫为主。肿瘤病人ANAE+细胞减少和巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降可能与肿瘤本身在血请或皮泡渗出液中产生的抑制因子有关。鼻咽癌病人放疗后的ANAE+细胞和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,较疗前近一步下降。此外我们对ANAE+细胞的临床意义进行了讨论。
In this study, the activity of ANAE+T lymphocytes in peripheral blood and the function of phagocytic cells in the epithelium of leukocytes in 114 patients with tumors and 58 normal controls were studied. The results were significantly different from the control group (p<0.001). ), but there was no difference between tumor patients in each group. In vitro experiments also confirmed that the plasmapheresis exudate of cancer patients had a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of ANAE in normal human T lymphocytes and the phagocytosis of macrophages in mice. Once again, the immunological damage of cancer patients is based on cellular immunity. The reduction of ANAE+ cells and the decrease of phagocytic function of macrophages in tumor patients may be related to the inhibitory factors produced by the tumor itself in the blood supply or in the exudate of the epithelium. The phagocytosis of ANAE+ cells and macrophages after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients decreased further than before treatment. In addition, we discussed the clinical significance of ANAE+ cells.
