发韧于党的十一届三中全会的改革开放和现代化建设事业,在小平同志去年年初南巡重要谈话精神的推动下再掀高潮。特别是在党的十四大明确提出我国经济体制改革的目标是建立社会主义市场经济体制以后,举国上下形势发展喜人。蓬勃发展的大好形势与新闻工作的舆论导向作用是分不开的.同时,新的形势、宏伟而艰巨的历史任务。又对新闻工作提出了更高的要求。集中到一点,就是要深入宣传十四大精神,用邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论武装全党,奋力推动改革开放和现代化建设事业。
