结晶器铜板表面与各导辊顶部的包络线精度即对弧精度以及各导辊的辊缝精度构成了辊列的主要精度。影响辊列对弧精度的主要原因是扇形段(SEG)刚性劣化,SEG机内安装与维护不良,SEG机外对中及对弧样板精度有偏差以及全线对弧周期管理不当等。宝钢连铸机投产6年后曾一度精度劣化,采取有效措施后,使全线对弧精度≤0.5mm的比率达到了92%以上。
The accuracy of the envelope of the mold copper surface and the top of each guide roller, that is, the accuracy of the arc, and the precision of the roll gap of each guide roller constitute the main accuracy of the roller train. The main reasons that affect the precision of roller alignment arc are the rigid deterioration of SEG, the bad installation and maintenance in SEG, the deviation of SEG and the accuracy of arc, and the improper management of arc period. After the Baosteel continuous casting machine was put into production six years ago, its accuracy once deteriorated. After effective measures were taken, the ratio of the entire line to the arc accuracy ≤0.5mm reached more than 92%.
