陕西省人民政府:你省《关于报送西安市财政证券服务中心转制为证券经纪公司实施预案的函》(陕政函[2000]212号)收悉。经审核,现批复如下:一、同意西安市财政证券服务中心转制为证券经纪公司。西安市财政证券服务中心所属国债服务部转制为证券营业部,需由西安证券监管办公室提出初审意见后,报我会审批。二、请通知西安市财政证券服务中心按照规定向中国证监会报送证券经纪公司的筹建申请材料。
Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government: Your province, “on the submission of Xi’an Securities and securities service center for the restructuring of securities brokers to implement the plan letter” (Shaanzheng letter [2000] No. 212) was received. Approved, is hereby approved as follows: First, agreed to Xi’an Financial Securities Service Center into a securities brokerage company. Xi’an Treasury Securities Service owned treasury bonds service department transformed into securities business department, subject to the Xi’an Securities Regulatory Office put forward the first instance opinion, I will report to the approval. Second, please inform Xi’an Financial Securities Service Center in accordance with the provisions submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission securities brokers to build the application materials.
