目的在于探讨微量元素Zn、Cu、Mn在大鼠骨骼的生长、发育中不同摄入量产生的影响。方法:取Wistar大鼠21只,分成低、正常、高3组喂养。两个月后测定腰椎和股骨的骨密度(BMD)及股骨生物力学指标。结果:低微量元素组骨密度及生物力学指标均低于正常组,高微量元素组与正常组对照,BMD无显著性差异,但骨生物力学指标中骨弹性指标呈显著性降低。结论:微量元素Zn、Cu、Mn的缺乏会导致骨发育不良,但过多摄入会影响骨无机成份的结构而导致骨的力学性能降低
The purpose is to explore the effects of trace elements Zn, Cu and Mn on the intake and growth of rats’ bones. Methods: Twenty-one Wistar rats were divided into three groups: low, normal and high group. Two months later, the lumbar spine and femur were measured for bone mineral density (BMD) and femoral biomechanical parameters. Results: BMD and biomechanical parameters of low trace element group were lower than those of normal group. There was no significant difference in BMD between high trace element group and normal group, but the bone elasticity index of osteo-biomechanical index decreased significantly. Conclusion: The lack of trace elements Zn, Cu, Mn can lead to bone dysplasia, but excessive intake will affect the structure of bone inorganic components and lead to the reduction of bone mechanical properties
