太极拳缠丝精论云:“动则生阳静生阴,一动一静互为根,果然识得环中趣,辗转随意见天真。”“太极拳缠丝法也,进缠、退缠、左右缠、上下缠、里外缠、大小缠、顺逆缠。”由此可见,缠丝运动是太极拳的主要运动方式。因为有了这种运动方式,在技击中也就形成了“以弱制强和以小胜大”的独特技法。 一、缠丝运动 太极拳拳谱规定,“运动如抽丝”,“运动如缠丝”。抽丝与缠丝同意,均指的是以螺旋的方式沿弧线而进行的一种螺旋状的运动,这种运动就是太极拳所独有
