本文根据实生料红桔不同树龄的性状变化,不同砧木种类对黄皮桔实生后代的影响,实生、嫁接、小枝高压不同繁殖方法的差异,以及早红桔同一单株不同树冠部位果实的差异等方面的初步研究;找出株间非遗传性差异所造成的选种条件误差。并初步提出用回归估计条件误差和矫正方法;依据树龄与其他性状回归系数的显著程度,将不同树龄的性状与盛果期时性状找出差异,加上或减去不同树龄性状条件误差估计值,矫正为假定在盛果期的性状数值,然后进行鉴定和选择,从而提高选种的正确性。
