应用有限元软件建立了车轮的计算模型 ,进行了试验验证了该模型的精确程度 ,在有限元模型的计算结果的指导下对车轮的结构进行了改进 ,降低了车轮应力水平 ,提高了车轮的试验疲劳寿命。
The calculation model of the wheel is established by using the finite element software. The accuracy of the model is validated by experiments. The structure of the wheel is improved under the guidance of the finite element model. The wheel stress is reduced and the wheel’s Test fatigue life.
