中国的崛起,如今已是大概率事件。崛起,对于有五千年连续文明史的中国来说,只是历史上无数次复兴的再现。此次的独特则在于,中国崛起的背景不是东亚,而是全球。超越1840年以来一直挨打、挨饿、挨骂的国家命运,是一件值得庆幸的事。在扬眉吐气之时,中国人还是要保持如临深渊的常惕之心。在发生巨变的世界上准确定位,是中国复兴过程中必须面对的重大战略课题。
The rise of China is now a high probability event. The rise of China, with a history of 5,000 years of continuous civilization, is only a repeat of the numerous renaissance in history. The uniqueness of this time lies in the fact that the background of China’s rise is not East Asia but global. It is fortunate that the fate of nations that have been beaten, starved and scolded beyond 1840 has been exceeded. When proud, the Chinese still have to keep abreast of the imminent heart. Accurately positioning itself in a world in which tremendous changes have taken place is a major strategic issue that China must face in its rejuvenation process.
