目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者糖类抗原125(CA125)及B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平与患者心功能及其相关因素之间的关系。方法:108例CHF患者通过B超测定左室内径及左室射血分数(LVEF),以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定其血清CA125水平,以BiositeTriage快速诊断仪测定其血浆BNP水平,所有患者根据纽约心功能分级标准分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组。另随机抽取40例有心血管疾病但无CHF的患者作为非CHF组。结果:①CHF组血清CA125及BNP水平高于非CHF组,Ⅳ级心功能组水平明显高于Ⅲ级组,且Ⅲ级组明显高于Ⅱ级组;②血清CA125及BNP水平均与LVEF呈负相关,而与导致CHF的原发病种类不相关。结论:CHF患者血清CA125及BNP水平升高,并且其水平与LVEF有关,而与导致CHF的原发病种类无关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and type B natriuretic peptide (BNP) in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) and their cardiac function and related factors. Methods: The left ventricular diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were measured by B ultrasound in 108 patients with CHF. Serum CA125 level was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and plasma BNP level was measured by BiositeTriage Patients were divided into grade II, grade III and grade IV according to New York Heart Association grading standards. Another randomly selected 40 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease but no CHF as non-CHF group. Results: ①The levels of serum CA125 and BNP in CHF group were significantly higher than those in non-CHF group, the level of cardiac function group in grade Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅲ group, and the level in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅱ group. ② The levels of serum CA125 and BNP were negatively correlated with LVEF But not with the primary disease causing CHF. Conclusion: The serum levels of CA125 and BNP in CHF patients are elevated, and their levels are correlated with LVEF, but not with the primary disease causing CHF.
