Before the strong earthquake wave velocity ratio will decline, then rose to a certain extent, the main shock. The traditional determination of wave velocity ratio is based on the walking data. The obtained wave velocity ratio is the average value of the propagation path from each station to the source, reflecting incompletely the anomaly of the wave velocity ratio caused by the change of source. The ratio of longitudinal and transverse corner frequencies is related to the wave velocity ratio. With time, the relative physical properties of the anti-seismogenic zone indirectly change with time, and the zero-frequency limit ratio of S-wave and P-wave is proportional to the longitudinal and transverse wave
