目前,以“产权改革”为核心的国企改革正在全面展开。面对改革,部分员工心理、心态发生巨大变化,变得复杂、脆弱、多变,甚至急燥、冲动。笔者认为,必须认真地分析当前员工的思想动态,进一步加强思想疏导工作,有的放矢采取积极的措施和对策。一、改制企业员工的思想状况改制是对企业员工权力和利益关系的一次重新调整,是新旧管理体系的转换,在外在利益变化和内在个性特点两种因素的综合作用下,员工对企业改制会形成不同的态度。
