绿色建筑评价工具软件是一款基于《绿色建筑评价标准》GB50378—2014同时兼容地方绿色建筑评价标准的融入BIM技术的软件,可读取常见设计软件(CAD、天正、Revit)图纸、模型,并与常用专业性能模拟软件(PKPM、TAS、Stream等)实现模型共享;软件内置知识库、案例库、产品库,能够指导设计师完成绿色建筑从技术选择到报审的全过程,提高绿色建筑设计效率,目前在大型设计院、科研机构已经得到了广泛应用,对促进我国绿色建筑的发展具有重要的意义。
