人参是具有数千年历史的名贵中药,现代药理研究表明,其主要有效成分是人参皂甙,其中GR_(?)、GR_(?)对神经系统具有广泛的生物学作用.本研究以MTT微量自动比色法为主要的评价手段,分别观察了上述二种成分对脊髓源性的神经胶质细胞和前角运动神经元的作用.结果表明:(1)10μg/ml的GR_(?)可使运动神经元的细胞活力较对照组升高23%,200μg/ml的GR_(?)可使胶质细胞的活力降至对照组的52%.(2)6.25μg/ml的
Ginseng is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine with a history of thousands of years. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that its main active ingredient is ginsenosides, of which GR_(?), GR_(?) have a wide range of biological effects on the nervous system.
