用RH株和Fukaya株弓形虫,分别经腹腔感染不同孕期的Wistar大鼠,观察虫株毒力的差异及在不同孕期感染对大鼠妊娠的影响。结果表明,在妊娠早期和中期感染弓形虫,与Fukaya株感染组和对照组比较,RH株感染组的胎鼠体重降低、体长减少,死亡率增高(均P<0.05),而且其子鼠在迷宫测试中表现的分辨学习能力也显著低于Fukaya株感染组和正常对照组。在妊娠晚期,RH株感染组和Fukaya株感染组对胎鼠的生长发育没有显著影响。
Wistar rats were infected by Toxoplasma gondii RH strain and Fukaya strain respectively to observe the difference of virulence and the effects of infection in different pregnancy on the pregnancy in Wistar rats. The results showed that in the first and second trimester of pregnancy, Toxoplasma gondii had lower body weight, decreased body length and higher mortality (all P <0.05), compared with Fukaya infection group and control group, The discriminatory learning ability in maze test was also significantly lower than that in Fukaya infection group and normal control group. In the third trimester of pregnancy, RH-infected group and Fukaya-infected group had no significant effect on fetal rat growth and development.
