文中从学生本身素质不高、教师落伍、教材滞后、教辅管理人员欠缺、考核体制不完备各方面详细分析了中职院校学生缺乏学习兴趣的原因。文中给出了激发中职院校学生学习兴趣的对策:对入校学生贯穿特殊教育是兴趣萌发的基础,完善教师的知识体系是兴趣的引子,改变传统教学观念、采用现代教学手段是兴趣的源动力,引入特色教材、有针对性的课程体系是兴趣的重要媒介,把好考核关,加大激励力度是兴趣的助燃剂。
The reasons for the lack of interest in learning in secondary vocational colleges are analyzed in detail from the aspects of the students themselves are not of high quality, the teachers are out of date, the teaching materials are lagging behind, the teaching staff are lacking and the evaluation system is not perfect. The article gives the countermeasures to stimulate students’ interest in learning in secondary vocational schools: it is the foundation of germination of interest for students entering the school through special education. Improving the knowledge system of teachers is an introduction to the interest. Changing the traditional teaching concept and using modern teaching methods are the source of interest Motivation, the introduction of characteristic materials, targeted curriculum system is an important medium of interest, a good examination, to increase incentives is an interest combustion aid.
