湖北省财政厅以鄂财文字(89)第1号文件,对工作人员出差伙食补助作了规定,其中:途中和住勤伙食补助标准一样,一般地区为每人每天4元,深圳、珠海市7元;出差到基层一般地区2元,深圳、珠海市4元。笔者认为不太合理。一是途中伙食补助与住勤伙食补助标准相同,不能体现对旅途疲劳的补偿;也不能体现途中与住勤生活费开支的差异,导致有些职工出差,本来可以当日赶回的,而偏多住一天。如甲、乙两人同时到某市办事,两人完全可以当天返回,甲当天返回了,而乙次日才回,甲只用了一天时间,个人补助4元;而乙花了两天时间,除多开
