普利中心地处济南市中心繁华地段(保泉区),周边环境极为敏感,其涉及的岩土工程问题极为复杂。论文着重介绍了该超高层建筑的勘察、基坑支护设计及降水方案。通过分析,地基基础方案确定为人工挖孔桩(主楼)及钻孔灌注桩(裙楼)方案;基坑支护则采用了桩(墙)锚支护、内支撑等多种支护形式,其中局部还采用了管棚顶托暗挖方法;监测结果表明,本工程基础、支护及降水方案均合理。本工程中有多项技术为济南地区第一次采用,对以后工程具有借鉴意义。
Puli Center is located in downtown area of Jinan downtown (Baoquan District), the surrounding environment is extremely sensitive to the geotechnical issues involved in the extremely complicated. The paper focuses on the investigation of the high-rise buildings, foundation pit support design and precipitation programs. Through the analysis, the basic foundation plan is determined as the scheme of manual digging pile (main building) and bored piles (podium); the foundation pit support adopts the various support forms such as pile (wall) anchor support and inner support, Some of them also adopted the method of top and bottom excavation of pipe canopy. The monitoring results show that the foundation, supporting and precipitation schemes of this project are reasonable. This project has a number of technologies for the first time in Jinan, the future of the project with reference.
